Can't speak for 6v cubs ref oil coolers. I did ....just, have a 6v in my mirrors at Rhayader. At first I thought it was a diesel, or maybe two stroke

there was so much smoke coming out the back of it

. Since I fitted an oil cooler to the 12v I personally believe they make a difference. The oil stays cleaner for longer and with a few 400ml days in France etc under my belt I wouldn't be without one. I would however be without a 6v Cub.

Bogger...not contentious in any way
