I cant see how anyone expects that after changing a spark plug, that it can can make an arm wrenching power difference.
After all the Cub & Innova are made for economy & just 'Popping' down the shops !!!
LOL
My Innova also needed time to warm up before riding.
The other BAD idea is to change the exhaust for a noisy one !
