I've made some enquiries and sourced the winter tyres Privatebill referred to above at what I think, is a good price.

Although I'll happily recommend the K46 for a Cub rear, the table I posted above does say it is suitable for rim sizes from 1.5 inch. The CUb's are 1.4.

However this winter tyre requires a substantially wider rim, so beware cub fitting. However, they may well be - as PB has found - suitable for the Innova's.
