I had one like that once. 1985. Just had a right good shag, was walking around the flat naked and my companion was on the phone to her dragon of a mother. It seemed like a good idea to wave and shake parts of my anatomy at her in a distracting sorta way.

I dunno if it was the 'wringing out a cloth' action but she suddenly found the phone hurriedly snatched off her as I'd decided I needed a doctor, and quick!

My scrotum had a 'tennis ball' in it, and it had come from within me!

I hadn't seen a doctor for 6 years, and had also changed address, 'twas all a little stressful....

It was all pushed back, and I learned to do it myself. It happened a few times more after stonking sex, but then we got married, and the problem faded away......
