UPDATE:

I've had a look at the swinging arm bushes and to be honest they don't seem too bad.I will probably swap them anyway,but today I just happened to notice that front tyre tread is lifting away from the carcass in a 10mm wide band at the crown of the tyre

.Maybe it's time to get a new tyre,although I do have an almost full cartridge of Tiger seal,so it might be worth trying to stick it back down again as there is still almost 2mm of tread left and it seems a shame to waste it
