is it following white lines and road ridges all by its self and swiming round bends. that is a sure sign or knackered swinging arme bushes. when you say its like a hinge in the middle of the bike, you could be answering your own question, swing arm bushes are in the midle of the bike. oh and the old ones can be a right bas**d to get out, good luck with it mate.
