Look for the weak link, it's just above the saddle.
On a more serious note, I take it you have checked wheel alignment against a straight edge and also make sure they both sit vertically or at least within a few degrees of each other.
Wheel bearings and sprocket carrier bearings OK?
Headstock bearings ok?
If all the above checks out then start looking the frame for cracks/broken welds.
